Why Waikanae
Why do people move to Waikanae ? well first back in the 1930's Waikanae School around so that must mean that Waikanae was around for about 100 years. So anyway Waikanae has lots and lots of things like NGA MANU nature reserve the beach , schools , tourist places like Kapiti island and much more. the prices of houses is quite cheap and has got great value so that is why Waikanae is very very comman to go to.
